Prevention and Regular Visits
Our practice is dedicated to prevention of oral health diseases. We aim to diagnose any problems before they become troublesome, so therefore, it is very important that you attend the practice and visit the Dentist and Hygienist regularly. Working together we can achieve long term dental health.

Appointments
If you are unable to attend or need to change your appointment, 24hours notice is needed. If this notice is not given a charge will be made for unused surgery time. Please respect our appointment policy as this enables the practice to run efficiently. Please allow enough time to attend your appointment promptly.

In the case of a Dental Emergency
During practice hours please call the surgery as early as possible in the day. We operate on an emergency appointment system daily. We will endeavour to see patients with genuine pain on the day. Out of opening hours please call the practice telephone number and the answer phone will give you further instructions.

For the less able
The practice has excellent access for the less able and we have ground floor surgeries and disabled toilet facilities.

Payment for Treatment
Payment can be made by cash, cheque with a guarantee card or credit card or debit card. We ask that payment is made at each visit.
