1. The promoter is Grosvenor Dental Care, part of Portman Healthcare Limited, which is registered and incorporated in England and Wales under company number 06740579. Our registered office is at Rosehill, New Barn Lane, Cheltenham, GL52 3LZ..
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Portman Healthcare Limited, their family or close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of this competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. Only one entry will be accepted per person per method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. Closing date for entry will be 23.59 on 10th February 2022. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. To enter the competition, tag three friends in the comments on the post, tag the post to your stories and follow us on Instagram or Facebook.
10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12.The prize is as follows: One winner will receive a home teeth whitening kit.
13. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable, subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
14. Winners will be chosen at random by software from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents.
15.The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram or Facebook, and tagged in an announcement post on our social channels within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement.
16.The promoter will follow up with the winners by direct message to notify them when the prize can be redeemed.
17. Prize winner must collect prize from the practice.
18. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
20. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
21. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

23. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
24. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social network.
25. You are providing your information to Portman Healthcare Limited and not to any other party.
26. The only data we collect will be your name (and username on Instagram) if you choose to enter the competition.
27. Names and usernames will only be used to randomly select the prize winners and will not be permanently stored. After the winners have accepted their prize, all other names and usernames will be removed from our servers.
28. Winners’ names will be stored and available for 28 days after the closing date as per point 21. After this point, they will be removed from our servers.
